Plot

Plot[]

Lloyd demands an explanation from Cole, Kai, Arin, and Sora, who were, along with Riyu, covered in noodles when they were supposed to be back hours ago after getting lunch.

Arin explains that he and Sora were taking Cole and Kai to the Crossroads for the annual Noodle cook-off with Cole bringing along noodles from Chen's Noodle House, leaving Sora unamused, as she believed it was disrespectful to bring noodles from outside the Crossroads during the midst of the noodle cook-off. Soon, some citizens spot some Ice Dragons charging towards them and attack the Lava-Tides, who were carrying a crate with their secret ingredient and refuse help from the Ninja when they fight back. Cole, Kai, and Sora immediately summon their Elemental Mechs. As they attack the dragons, Cole immediately used his mech to clog some of the Lava-Tides' holes before Sora binds them together. With Kai cornered by some, he and Cole switch left arms to incapacitate them before the former warns Cole of an oncoming Ice Dragon, immediately clashing their powers before it was forced back. Sora then arrived for them to swap legs and right arms before Cole flew up, circled around the dragon and binds it for Sora to bring it down before she used the legs to stomp at some Lava-Tides. Kai then warns Sora of the other dragon coming at her before they swiftly swap arms so that Sora can distract it while Kai binds it. Arin soon ambushed Lava-Tony, demanding an explanation for what was in the crate while Riyu slowly crept behind the latter and knocks him out. Arin then got the chance to open the crate and discovers that there were dragon eggs inside, which was the reason for the dragons' rampage. Lava-Tony prepares to flee, only to Riyu to send him flying towards an oven, which started to rumble before exploding, splattering noodles all over the Crossroads and the ninja.

Sora soon explained to Lloyd that the Crossroads has suffered a week's worth of cleaning up the noodle mess before she and Cole soon have some noodles that were mixed in with Chen's. Lloyd then complained that they were supposed to bring him lunch and Kai tries to offer some noodles, but they were in his hair.

  • This short marks the first time Chen's Noodle House has been mentioned in Dragons Rising and the first time we see the Noodles as well.

Errors[]

  • Arin's hood, sideburns, and scars are absent at the beginning of the short.
  • Sora's markings are absent at the beginning and end of the short.
  • This short lists the cast of "The Mech Master" instead of its own.
    • Therefore, Lloyd, Lava-Tony, the Lava-Tides and two civilians aren't credited despite all having speaking roles in the short.
