The nest is the home of the jungle insects, located in cave in the side of a mountain in the Forest of Teeth.

Daidan was taken to this lair by the jungle insects to serve as prey for their queen. Daidan's allies, Kai and Bolsen, however, pursued her captors to the cave where they confronted and slew the Queen of Monsters.
