Crashing Together (flashback)[]
After a misunderstanding, Sora ran away from the penthouse she lived in with Arin, believing that she was not welcome. As she wandered around the Crossroads, she passed by the Ooze Berry vendor who recognized her.
Later, when Arin began frantically searching the Crossroads for his friend, he asked the vendor of Sora's whereabouts, to which the elderly woman affirmed seeing her pass by not long ago. As she pointed out the direction Sora had gone, she accidentally hurled some of the ooze berry goo into Arin's face. After leaving the vendor, Arin licked off the ooze and remarked that ooze berries could go great in a pie!
After reuniting with Sora, both kids went back to purchase some ooze berries which were then made into a pie.
