The penthouse was built not long after the Merge occurred, and Arin and Sora were able to move into it.
Crashing Together (flashback)[]
The Merge: Part 1[]
Having stolen a spark plug from the junkyard, Arin and Sora return to the penthouse, where, after a little race between them, they made plans for what they would do, should they win the Mech Master 5000 before a MergeQuake occurs, knocking most of their plants down.
Sometime after the race and meeting Lloyd, Arin and Sora moved out to stay at the Monastery of Spinjitzu.
