Not much is known about these weapons, however, because they are so expensive to make, and require a great deal of training to handle. A warrior must be skillful to wield this weapon.
One downfall for this weapon is that it is very cumbersome; It is so long and heavy that only the strongest of warriors can wield this powerful weapon. A Sausage of Strength provides a temporary burst of energy that grants the strength required to lift this behemoth of a blade.[citation needed]

- Not once has this weapon come as a minifigure's weapon; it comes attached to many of the ninjas' vehicles in the world of Ninjago. It has also come attached to animals, primarily dragons.
- There have also been versions released in silver, gunmetal gray, spring green, orange and azure.
- Jay's Lightning off-roader is the only ninja vehicle in Rebooted not to include this piece in set form.
