The Persuader Plant is a near-extinct plant that exists in certain parts of Chima.

The Persuader Plant first appeared in episode 2 of the series, but Razar mentioned that the Ravens picked them clean years before; how Crooler managed to get her hands on one at the time of the series is unknown. The Persuader Plant's last appearance was in the TV series in Episode 26, where Crominus used them to persuade Lavertus to stay away from Crunket but it didn't work, so Crominus used the plant to make Lavertus steal CHI from the sacred pool. That lead to him being exiled.

The Persuader Plant emits a magenta-colored gas capable of mind-controlling those who inhale this gas. Additionally, the plant's roots are even more powerful than the flower, when burned, produce an effect known as the Fog of Destiny; this purportedly forces victims to see their true destiny, but in reality said "destiny" is actually the victim's deepest desire.

In Chima Online, Persuader Plants are a version of a plant with the same name, upgraded by Reegull to give these plants the capacity to control other creatures. They have been used to control Wilhurt, Rizzo, and their subordinates on various occasions. The plants can be smashed (in fact, the player is sometimes required to destroy these plants). Persuader plants appear at various locations around the map, as well as in numerous dungeons.

- Crooler had a small garden of Persuader Plants. But most of them never really grew to the size, and she used them effectively to control Cragger.
- Crooler using the plant on Cragger basically started Season 1 and thus, the whole show's events.
- Crominus used the Persuader Plant on Lavertus in the past, indicating that the crocodile family passed it on in generations. How Crooler got hold of the family plant when even her parents knew she was trouble is unknown.
- In "Under the Spell of the Scorpions," it is suggested that besides a specific place at the Crocodile Swamp, Persuader Plants also grow in the Outlands. This doesn't contradict the series, as the Outlands were explored by Tribes of Chima only during the Quest for the Legend Beasts.
