Overview
The following is a list of all the themes and soundtracks first introduced in the third season of Ninjago.
Nindroid theme
Nindroid theme[]
The Nindroids' theme serves as the theme for the Nindroids, and especially for Cryptor, the leader of the Nindroids. It was often reprised in the presence of Cryptor and the Nindroids. The theme consists of deep bass synthesizers and electronic elements. The Nindroid leitmotif hardly appeared outside of season three; it was reprised several years later for "Day of the Departed" when Cryptor made his return. Tracks such as "Stowaways" exemplify the Nindroids theme.
The theme was reprised several times throughout the series' run. It returned in "Day of the Departed," during Zane's battle with a resurrected Cryptor, as well as during Zane's final fight with Mister F in season fifteen.
P.I.X.A.L.'s theme
P.I.X.A.L.'s theme[]
P.I.X.A.L.'s theme is more electronic-sounding than other themes, and is often played with gentle chimes and soft vocals by a new singer.[1] P.I.X.A.L.'s theme frequently appeared throughout season three, and was reprised a few times outside of that season, such as when she revealed herself to Zane in "Dead Man's Squall," or when MiniPix Seven saves P.I.X.A.L., Wu, and Skylor in "The Fall of the Monastery." The tracks "P.I.X.A.L." and "Zane's Resurrection" exemplify P.I.X.A.L.'s theme.
X-1 Joyride[]
This theme was introduced when Kai drove his Prototype X-1 in "Codename: Arcturus". It has a poppy and upbeat sound to it and is often used alongside appearances of new or innovative technology.
This track was also used in season four during the battle for the Jadeblades in "Only One Can Remain" and the beginning of the Thunderblade competition in "Ninja Roll." It was used in season seven in "The Hatching" surrounding the release of the BorgWatch, in "Secrets Discovered" when Zane and Lloyd were riding in the Destiny's Shadow, during the building montage with Cyrus Borg in "Operation Heavy Metal: Machia". It was used when Kai was showing off his dance moves and sign-spinning skills in "Spinny Sign" and when Jay reminisced about his ElectroMech in "Vehicles and Mechs."
