- The song was first was hinted at the 2025 San Diego Comic Con.
- This is the first time The Weekend Whip has been used as the intro song for Ninjago: Dragons Rising and the only version used for the intro not to be sung by The Fold.
- Towards the end of the intro, it seems like part of the Overture can be heard.
