After the Vermillion-Warriors stole Dareth's fake trophies, Dareth decides to call the Ninja to get the trophies back for him. However, since the Ninja are busy and ignore his calls, Dareth sets out as the Brown Ninja himself. He takes a cab to the hospital where Ronin is being treated for his broken leg. Dareth abducts Ronin in a wheelchair so he will help and on the way out they meet Skales and Skales Jr., who accidentally hypnotized himself again while playing at the lake. Skales offers them a copy of the Map for the Vermillion Swamps, which he gave the ninja earlier and Ronin takes the lead because he doesn’t trust Dareth not to ruin the adventure. The two make their way to the swamps, where they are promptly attacked by Vermillion.
After defeating the Snakes, they come across a house in which three construction workers, who were forced to work on the Vermillion's machinery, are being held captive. However, before the two are able to save the workers, they get attacked by more Vermillion. After a harrowing fight, they win and make it back to Dareth's dojo unscathed. And even though he couldn't find his trophies, the rescued construction workers build him his own personal Brown Ninja Trophy for saving them.

- It is unknown why would Skales Jr. need to go to the human hospital to get rid of hypnosis when the only way to cure it is a venom from Hypnobrai Staff.
