Agent Farbissina is a Serpentine agent of the Administration.

She and some other Administration Agents went to the Cloud Kingdom to ask the ninja about the Ritual of the Blood Moon. Suddenly, she found a part of Sora's mech, and the agents decided to keep it for themselves. In the Administration, the ninja kicked some agents, including Farbissina, and returned their technology.
