In the Cloud Kingdom, Sora, Nya, Lloyd, Arin and Riyu are celebrating their victory over the Wolf Clan. Suddenly, Administration Agents come in and ask the ninja for details about Ritual of the Blood Moon. The ninja say that they don't know anything about it, and the agents are satisfied with this answer. Suddenly, Agent Farbissina finds a part of Sora's mech, and the agents decide to take it for themselves and learn this technology to upgrade their own mechs. Lloyd, Sora and Nya go after them, but Arin with Riyu didn't have time to enter the portal.
In the Administration, the ninja quickly defeat the agents using Spinjitzu and retrieve their technology. However, one of the agents announces an alarm in all departments, so Lloyd and Nya have to use Rising Dragon against the agents. Sora opens a portal to the Cloud Kingdom using her power on the Administration tech, and the heroes return to Arin and Riyu.
