The Monster Skull[1] is a massive skeleton monster providing a passage to the Underworld to those who are able to defeat it, constantly moving around Mysterium.

The Monster Skull fought Arin, Sora, and Ras. Ras manage to defeat the Monster Skull through sheer strength which the Monster Skull granted the trio passage, as it is the only thing respected by the fallen warriors of the Underworld.

- It is unknown if the Monster Skull is a Skulkin as he is far larger than the others, and his head shape does not align with any of the head shapes of any known Skulkin.
