Overview
Mysterium was one of the realms before the Merge and is now part of the Merged Lands. It is known for its magical properties and is home to sorcerers and a variety of mystical creatures.
History
History[]
Background[]
The realm came into existence at an unknown point in time. It was known to be a land of magic and wonder, home to various sorcerers and sorceresses, as well as a variety of mystical creatures. At some point the First Spinjitzu Master would visit the realm.[4] Millennia ago, the purple half of the Arc Dragon of Focus was put into slumber in the Cave of Bells in Mysterium following Thunderfang's defeat.[5] Centuries ago, five Elemental Masters known as the Forbidden Five began to get overconfident and veered off onto a dark path. The Dragon Masters visited the high sorceress of the realm, Gandalaria, and sought her assistance to banish the Five forever.[6] At some point, when cyclops twins Torex and Xerot got angry, the wizards ended up in a hundred-year war. In the year 45 AL, there was a shrinking incident in Mysterium.[2]
Between Seasons[]
During a clashing of realms known as the Merge, Mysterium was merged, with its location currently unknown.
Dragons Rising, Season 2[]
To Mysterium[]
After escaping from the Foggy desert, Cole, Zane, Bonzle, and Jiro finally arrived in Mysterium.
Fugitives From Madness[]
Cole, Zane, and Bonzle entered the Monastery of Mysterium where they encountered Gandalaria, Bonzle's creator. As they conversed and learned more about the Ritual of the Blood Moon, the Blood Moon rose across the Merged Lands. To make matters worse, the agents of The Administration had followed the group to Mysterium with the intention of retrieving Zane. After talks to settle things peacefully broke down, the ninja and Gandalaria engaged in battle with the agents.
Secrets of the Wyldness[]
Gandalaria and the ninja fought against the Administration Agents on the grounds of the monastery. Once Zane deactivated the agents' Master Mechs, the group fled on Jiro to the Wyldness.
Dragons Rising, Season 3[]
The Hollow Ones[]
Gandalaria entered the city of Abracalabria to purchase magical supplies and to get her crystal ball repaired. As she spoke with Pilly-Wig, the proprietor of the crystal ball repair stall, Kur and her Spectral Dragonians attacked the city, marking the start of the Spectral invasions.
The next day, Sora, Arin, and Ras arrived at Abracalabria, seeking the Pontifex Magicus. When the guards outside the city refused them entry, Ras promptly assaulted them and forcibly entered. He was shocked and horrified by the state of the hollowed townsfolk and demanded answers. Although the townsfolk accused the three of potentially being their attackers from the night before, Gandalaria vouched for them and explained precisely what had happened. As the sun began to set however, Kur and her forces returned to finish their harvest.
