The Pyro Whippers watched King Mambo V being overthrown by Aspheera.
Ninja vs Lava[]
The Pyro Whippers were released from their sarcophagi and begin attacking the ninja. Jay used Spinjitzu to defeat them, but doesn't realize that he is tied with the rest of the ninja.
Powerless[]
A couple of Pyro Whippers were released from their sarcophagi in the Ninjago Museum of History.
Ancient History[]
A couple of Pyro Whippers attacked Lloyd and Nya when they got near Aspheera. Despite being outnumbered, Zane arrived in his ShuriCopter to save the ninja.
Under Siege[]
The Pyro Vipers began their assault on the Monastery of Spinjitzu in order to find Wu.
The Explorers Club[]
Discovering Wu is in the hangar bay, the Pyro Whippers watched the Elemental Cobras run into the door.
Vengeance is Mine![]
After the Elemental Cobras broke down the door, Wu is nowhere to be found, which confused the Pyro Vipers. They then discovered Wu when Jay gave their hiding spot away.
After P.I.X.A.L. used the Titan Mech to knock down Aspheera, the Pyro Vipers began attacking the ninja. Aspheera was able to hold them down until Lloyd, Nya, and Zane arrived with the second Scroll of Forbidden Spinjitzu.
During the legendary fight, Zane grabbed the scroll and used it to freeze Aspheera. He then used it to freeze the rest of the Pyro Vipers.
The Virtues of Spinjitzu[]
Balance[]
In Wu's illusion, while Jay and Lloyd were trying to cross the lava pool, a couple of Pyro Whippers ambushed the rest of the ninja. Kai used his Elemental Powers, but the Pyro Whipper spat it right back at him. Soon, they would surround Cole, but he was able to find balance and escaped their grasp.

- Despite having one in the set, the Pyro Whippers are the only Pyro Viper members without their signature weapon.
- Interestingly, Unlike the Pyro Slayers and Destroyers, the Pyro Whippers appear in only one boxed set.
