Tarcila is a Cloud Kingdom native that lives in the Community of Lee.

Background[]
Tarcila was a resident of the Cloud Kingdom. When the Merge occurred, she was lost in the Nothing Space and was later rescued by the Administration Agents who then reassigned her to the Land of Lee where she was find by Lee who told her this was the only place still existing after the Merge. She thus joined the Community of Lee.
Between You and Lee[]
She appears dancing with Megan in a Tango class. She gets excited and puts both hands to her mouth in amazement as she sees how Jay and Nya dance so well.
Chaos Reigns[]
Tarcila is among those unhollowed along with the rest of the Community of Lee after Thunderfang is defeated.
