The Raven King was the leader and founder of the Order of the Deep Shadow and the Forbidden Five's mentor.[2]

At some point in time, the Raven King was born in a Raven tribe and would found the Order of the Deep Shadow. Later, he would take Nokt, Rox, Zarkt, Drix, and Kur as students before getting dethroned by Nokt and killed by the Five.[3][4]
After his death, his soul ended up in the Cursed Realm.[2]
