The Temple of Ice is an ancient temple hidden in the Wailing Alps built by the First Master of Ice to honor future generations of Elemental Masters of Ice.
After Fenwick's banishment from the Cloud Kingdom, he used the temple as his base of operation.
History

Millenia ago, the First Master of Ice travelled to the Wailing Alps and conquered a dragon living in a cave. He established the cave as the Temple of the Masters of Masters of Ice. In the following milleniums, ice statues of Masters of Ice would be added, and the Hanging Temple would be used to hide the place.
Shortly before the Ghost invasion, the former Master Writer of the Cloud Kingdom, Fenwick; and Nimbus were banished from their realm. To plot his revenge on Nobu, Fenwick established himself was the "Wishmaster" to attract Lloyd's attention, and used the Temple of Ice as his base.

- In the The Splinter in the Blind Man's Eye, it is revealed that there are temples for each element of Creation, with the Heart of the Mountain and the Temple of Ice being respectively the Temple of the Masters of Earth and the Masters of Ice, but the novel is could-be canon.
- It is unknown if the Fire Temple is the equivalent for the Masters of Fire, since it lacks statues of previous masters, and an Ice Temple was also used to hide one of the Golden Weapons.
