The trucks are a series of police monster trucks used by Hounddog McBrag.
History

Hounddog McBrag[]
The trucks arrive at the site of the prison bus' ambush site and Hounddog McBrag emerges from one of them.
The Benefit of Grief[]
McBrag and the police pursue Sally's van with the trucks. When it goes over a cliff and into a ravine, McBrag drives off in one of the trucks to pursue it, only to end up frozen trapped by Zane's Ice, and McBrag was forced to abandon it.
The Fifth Villain[]
Down to two trucks, McBrag and the police use them to drive to Twitchy Tim's gas station. After evading them while Fugi-Dove was distracting the police, Kai uses his Fire to destroy one of them, and steal the last one to drive to The Mechanic's hideout, where it was abandoned.
Return of the Ice Emperor[]
Hounddog McBrag showed up in front of Garmadon and Lloyd in one of the trucks until he went down into the sewers to capture the latter.
