Snake Fake News[]
Following Cole's elimination from the Tournament of Elements, the remaining Ninja must stick closer together if they are to uncover Master Chen's devious scheme. As they join their fellow competitors in the chow hall for breakfast the next morning, the ninja seemed confused as to why the other Elemental Masters were shooting them dirty looks. When Lloyd mentions the dirty looks to Kai and Jay, the Ninja of Lightning discovered that Eyezor had posted an announcement, claiming that Lloyd had attempted to bribe him into being declared winner of the Tournament! To make matters worse, Eyezor spoke over the palace's loudspeakers at that very moment, affirming his claims and adding that anyone who captured the Green Ninja would be given a special award.
Fighting their way through the other Elemental Masters, the three ninja escaped from the chow hall and made their way through the doors of Chen's Palace and into the surrounding jungle. As they hid to catch their breath, Jay blamed Lloyd for their troubles, stating that none of them would be in this mess if Lloyd hadn't tried to cheat. In response, Lloyd shouted back in protest that he didn't cheat and the ninja decided to seek out Eyezor, believing that he could help clear their names. Unfortunately, making their way back to the palace grounds would be easier said than done, as all of the other Elemental Masters were now hunting for the ninja throughout the jungle. Thinking quickly, Kai took Lloyd's mask and put it over his own head before running out into the open to create a diversion. With their way clear, Lloyd and Jay now ran off towards Chen's Royal Arena.
After arriving at the arena, Lloyd and Jay discovered Eyezor boasting about his 'achievements' to two other cultists. As they approached, the trio immediately attacked the two ninja, with Eyezor asking Lloyd if he had come to pay him more money. In response, both ninja fought back and defeated the three cultists with relative ease. Afterwards, the pair forced Eyezor to make a public confession over the palace's loudspeakers, thus clearing Lloyd's name. The next day, all of the Elemental Masters were extra nice to Lloyd and the other ninja, evidently apologetic for believing in Eyezor's lies. Jay apologized to Lloyd as well for believing in the false claims of his cheating, and the three ninja affirmed that they were still brothers in arms.
