History

History[]

Early life[]

Before the Merge, Kreel was born as the daughter of the Pontifex Magicus in Mysterium, which put a lot of pressure on her. She would be kicked out of magic school, prompting her to want to leave Mysterium.[1] During the time after the Merge, Kreel moved to the Crossroads and befriended the Whack Rats, becoming close to one, in particular named Targle. At some point in time, Kreel told Arin she was a robot, who believed her after being impressed by her dance skills.[2]

The Way In[]

Kreel made her way to Arin and Sora's penthouse to inspect the mech the teenagers were constructing for the upcoming Mech Master 5000. After a quick glance at the rusted parts Sora was using, Kreel laughed and declared that she was going to win the race, as usual. To add further insult to injury, she revealed to the teens that the registration fee had increased, knowing fully well they couldn't pay for it. With a laugh, Kreel advised Sora to simply give up as she left their penthouse.

The next day, Kreel participated in the Mech Master 5000 and won first place. Following her win, she happily celebrated with her Whack Rats.

Prior to Dragons Rising, Season 1[]

Unfortunately, Targle ended up kidnapped by Dorama, who intended to use his life energy for his fireworks display for the upcoming Crossroads Carnival, and demanded a ransom from Kreel for his release. Because of this, she entered the Mech Master 5000, intending to use the prize money to pay for the ransom.

Trivia

Trivia[]

  • She shares the same character design as Antonia and Blazey H. Speed, the only difference being her hair color.
  • She seems to be fond of leopards, shown with her clothing and headwear.
  • With her and Fugi-Dove being confirmed to have dated, this marks the first couple in the Ninjago franchise to be made of one character from each series, with Fugi-Dove from Ninjago and Kreel from Ninjago: Dragons Rising.
  • Throughout the entirety of Crossroads' Crosstalk, Kreel couldn’t remember any of the ninja's names, including Arin and Sora's, despite her remembering Riyu's name in "Between You and Lee".
    • It's also interesting that she keeps forgetting Arin and Sora's names, despite the fact she has known them for years, since the time she came to the Crossroads, as they have been competing against each other in mech races.
  • While Chris "Doc" Wyatt previously stated in 2024 that Kreel originated from Ninjago,[4] it was later revealed in "Celebration!" that she originated from Mysterium.
  • She states to be younger than the original Ninja.
