Chigull is an artificial form of Chi created by Reegull.

At some point in time, Reegull would create his own form of Chi called Chigull, its purpose was to turn anyone that used the Chigull into a bird, they would plug in the orbs like normal Chi and it would function as such, but once the affects wore off, the user would then start behaving like a bird. Reegull hoped to make his own army of bird like animals by using the Chigull.
Fake CHI, Real Trouble[]
After Cragger was free of Crooler's control, he decided he wanted to give some Chi back to the tribes of Chima for how he treated them, but with the Sacred Pool still drained, he went to Raven Town and visited Reegull and he agreed to give Cragger some orbs to give out but not before having Crug test out an orb. Crug plugs one in and it looks just like normal Chi, seeing the success, Cragger then heads out to distribute the Chigull to the tribs of Chima. However, an unforeseen consequence presents itself, when Cragger makes it back to Raven Town, he is stopped by Razar and he inquires about where this weird Chi came from, after Cragger said it was from Reegull, Razar explained to Cragger that the Chi he had was fake and says they would've sold this a long time ago if they worked properly. Cragger then sees Crug is acting like a bird causing him to get mad at Crooler for telling him about Reegull and is mad at the bird himself for creating this Chi, so before anyone else can use them, he heads back to the tribes he visited and took the Chigull back but he was too late as some of the tribes already used the Chigull. A bit later he runs into Laval and Eris and is confronted by them but they decide together to get back all the Chigull, Cragger gave away. But they are ambushed by the Wolves who were stealing Chi from the tribes, however they let the Wolves take the Chigull knowing what would happen and so when the Wolves went to attack the Lion City, all the Wolves that used the Chi were affected and the army was forced to retreat, Laval and Cragger then head back to Raven Town and ties Reegull to some Bellow Plants to prevent him from making anymore of his Chigull and the two leave the town as best friends once more.
