The Rookery is a castle tower in the Land of Lost Things and the home of the Finders.

Long ago the Rookery was established in the Land of Lost Things. The original owner of the Rookery stumbled upon the yellow Dragon Core, which had been sent to the valley after it was lost. The owner created a machine specifically designed for the yellow Dragon Core. As time passed, the Rookery was discovered by the Finders, who decided to make it their home. During their stay, they realized the machine, powered by the yellow Dragon Core, had the ability to keep the Hoarder at bay.^[1]

Cole led Nya, Sora, Riyu, Zanth, and Jiro to the Rookery where Nya discovered the yellow Dragon Core. In spite of its importance to saving the world, Cole was reluctant to hand over the Core as it would leave the Finders defenseless against the Hoarder. Sora drew up a series of plans to repurpose the machine to run on a different energy source and sent Nya and Cole off in search for necessary parts.

Unfortunately, Sora never had the opportunity to test out her new design, for Dr. LaRow soon attacked the Rookery with her drones and made off with the Dragon Core.
