Roby is busy with the Temple City Bots rearranging and organizing the Temple City Museum. He calls for his messenger dragon, Hermes, and he tells him to send a message to Geo for another sculpture order, wanting more blue. Suddenly, as Roby calls for the bots to fix something, the doors blasts open, and a sword hits the statue created by Geo, shattering it. Kur and numerous Dragonian Trackers storm in. Roby and the bots are attacked by the dragonians, while Kur searches for a Prismatic Blade. She uses her power of Decay on Hermes, then finds the blade she is looking for, but it was shattered during the Tournament of the Sources. She remarks about what they could have done to the blade to break it, as she packs it into a sack. Meanwhile, Roby grabs the Elemental Cup, and tries to sneak up on Kur, who notices. She calls him a child, then knocks him against his ancestors portrait. Roby tells Kur about the other ninja, saying that Wyldfyre will follow them wherever they go to stop them. Kur just laughs, and then remarks about showing him her power. Kur decay's Roby, leaving him in the museum, and leaves with the dragonians.

Arin and Ras and venturing across the First Land. Arin gets impatient about how long they have been walking in the same desert, and starts criticizing Ras, while he looks around for something. He tells Arin to stop, as he finds a lever, and pulls it. A hatch opens beneath the sand and reveals the Super Storm Jet. Ras tells Arin about the many resources he has hidden around the merged lands. Ras asks Arin to fly the jet, resulting in his failed attempts to start the jet. He eventually gets it to work, with the help of Ras.

In the First Land, Lloyd, Frak, Sora, and Riyu come across the sled that Arin used to carry Ras through the desert. The speculate the latter, as Frak is distracted by the Spectral Lands in the background, terrified of possible puppet encounters. Riyu senses danger nearby, and wants to follow, but Frak is more focused on Arin and wants to stay on the path that he took. He eventually gives in, but notes that he thinks it is a mistake

Rapton is watching an ad for the Freebooters on a tablet, after being stranded in the desert when their train stopped. P.I.X.A.L. is trying to find a way to fix Zane after he saved the train crash. She goes through Rapton's things, to which he complains about. PIXAL defiantly tells Rapton to help her find the parts needed to fix Zane, to which he agrees.

Wyldfyre assumes it is another letter from Roby, and likewise gets very excited. The letter tells of the attack on the City of Temples, and Roby's decay.

Arin and Ras are flying over the ocean in the jet, while Arin gives commentary, much to Ras' annoyance. Arin sees the attacked Algae farmers' village, and wants to help them repair, as he did before. Trivia

Trivia[]

Continuity[]

  • According the the names on the tombstones, Arin's parents were named Barry and Jenny Nived.
    • This makes Arin one of the few Ninjago characters with a confirmed last name.
  • This episode marks the first time Lloyd and P.I.X.A.L. have seen each other since the Merge and they last fought together in "Roots".
  • P.I.X.A.L. becoming annoyed at Rapton for trying to stop her from using the train's parts to repair Zane is similar in tone to her annoyance at Milton Dyer for not recognizing Artificial Intelligence as sentient beings with emotion in "The Prodigal Father."
  • Sora trying to use Spinjitzu to fight the Dragonians but just twirling one way is similar to when Lloyd tried using Spinjitzu in the original Destiny's Bounty training room and also failed at it, which was seen in "The Rise of the Great Devourer".
