Gandalaria arrived at the shop to inquire about having her crystal ball repaired. The store owner, Pilly-Wig, after taking one look at the badly damaged ball, suggested instead for her to upgrade to a newer model, though Gandalaria refused. Before any further actions could be taken, the village came under attack by Kur and her Spectral Dragonians, with Pilly-Wig and his associate losing their souls in the chaos.
