Overview
- “Those look like Dragonians.”
- “Yeah, the kind that if they touch you, they drain your souls or something.”
| — Lloyd and Sora, "Under the Light of a Mechanical Moon" |
Spectral Dragonians were a unit of Ghost Dragonian soldiers formed from the Dragonian Trackers who died while corrupted by the Sobrient Stone.[3][4] They exist as Hollow Ones in a spectral state and possess the powers of the Soul Suckers.
History
History[]
Human Resources[]
The Spectral Dragonians were sent to Mysterium, along with Kur, who plays a magical flute, while the unseen ghost army drain the souls of their victims. During the invasion, they took the soul of Gandalaria, who Ras, Arin, and Sora tried to protect.
When they were about to attack Sora, Ras and Arin, the sun rose, forcing them to return to the Spectral Lands.
Casket of Bones[]
Some Spectral Dragonians went to the Administration with Drix and stole the souls of Underwood and a Munce agent. Later, they went back to the Spectral Lands with their leader. There were also other Spectral Dragonians in the Spectral Lands before Drix came.
The Screaming Earth[]
As the Spectral Dragonians continue to steal souls in the Administration, they later follow Agent Roderick Allen through a portal that led to the Land of Lee. When Sora activated her Prismatic Lamp, the Spectral Dragonians were seen coming through the portal. One pinned Lee down and removed his soul, hollowing out all of his clones.
Under the Light of a Mechanical Moon[]
Zarkt leads several Spectral Dragonians in stealing the souls of everyone in the Land of Lee. Using her Prismatic Lamp and her Technology, Sora managed to spread the prismatic energy over the Community of Lee to allow the people to see the Spectral Dragonians. As the ninja retreated, many Spectral Dragonians attacked them, but the group managed to get away.
During this, Nokt and some Spectral Dragonians attacked the Land of Lost Things and hollowed all of the Finders except Geo before leaving.
When Zarkt finished, the Spectral Dragonians returned to the Well of the Lost, where he adds in the stolen souls. Three of them noticed Lloyd, Nya, Sora, Wyldfyre, Arin, and Jay in his Mech Dragon. Thanks to Wu's spirit, the group were able to escape to the Spectral Monastery.
The Vault of Focus[]
Nokt later leads several Spectral Dragonians to Imperium, where he steals the souls of most of its citizens. When Cole attacked him, two Spectral Dragonians grabbed the ninja as they drained him of his soul. Kai and Frak arrived with their new Prismatic Blades, the Reveal Blades, to destroy the Spectral Dragonians, causing most of them to retreat. Nokt notices this and attempts to fight both ninja but Kai threw his Reveal Blade at his magical flute, which releases most of the stolen souls.
For Whom the Bell Tolls[]
When Thunderfang was still powering himself with the soul energy, some Spectral Dragonians were flying around him.
When Doves Cry[]
Nokt, Rox, and Drix lead several platoons of Spectral Dragonian to fight Arin and Lloyd. But due to their mechs being coated in Prismatic Ore, the ninja manage to hold them off before escaping into a cavern that leads to the Well of the Lost.
Kur also led a platoon of Spectral Dragonians to the Cave of Bells in Mysterium, although because of their powers, Rapton and the Freebooters only saw her.
Chaos Reigns[]
Kur led a platoon of Spectral Dragonians to the Cave of Bells in Mysterium while Zarkt went to the Cave of Bells in Djinjago. The Spectral Dragonians help Kur and Zarkt in their respective caves as Frak and Kai used their Reveal Blades.
Following the destruction of the Well of the Lost, the Spectral Dragonians where hit with a wave of soul energy allowing them to move on.[2]

Trivia
Trivia[]
- Spectral Dragonians fell under Thunderfang's control.[2]
- It was initially said in a set interview that they were Dragonians whose souls had been absorbed by the Forbidden Five.[5] The interview was reinforced by the fact that the name Hollow Ones, which refers to those who have lost their souls, was primarily used for the Forbidden Five and the Spectral Dragonians.[6][7]
