Quest for the Golden Weapons!

Plot[]

Kai and Wu briefly return to the blacksmith shop that Kai once ran in his home village. As they approach, Kai grew frustrated and demanded to know why his Sensei had brought him here, reminding him that they should be fighting the skeletons that had kidnapped his sister, Nya! In response, Wu calmly informed Kai that the young man needed to learn that there are appropriate times for his anger, but also times where peace of mind would be required.

Unmoved by Wu's words, Kai laughed off his claims and retorted that with one of the weapons lining the walls of his blacksmith shop, Kai could instead leave the skeletons in pieces. Seemingly disappointed by his student's answer, Wu gently reminded Kai that while he and the other ninja had overcome many obstacles and defeated many enemies, there were still many more dangerous challenges awaiting on the horizon. After briefly recounting the ninja's quest so far in search of the Golden Weapons, from their retrieval of the Scythe of Quakes in the Caves of Despair; their encounter with the Ice Dragon while searching for the Shurikens of Ice; and their quest beyond the edge of the world for the Nunchucks of Lightning, Wu cautioned that the Sword of Fire still lay unclaimed, and this would be perhaps the greatest challenge the ninja would yet face.

Rejoined now by the other three, Zane, Cole, and Jay, all four ninja reaffirmed their duty and training under Wu, declaring that they were ready. Pleased with this response, Wu told the ninja to brace themselves, for their journey to the Fire Temple was about to begin.
