History
History[]
Background[]
The monster's assimilation process
The centipede monster resided in the Cave of Change within the Land of Monsters, earning a fearsome reputation. Legends warned that anyone who ventured into the cave would vanish, as the creature would trap their victims in cocoons that will transform them into centipede monsters. One day, the Fire Master noticed the disappearances and decided to investigate with Rusty, determined to rescue those that were lost. However, they were ambushed by a centipede monster, and the Fire Master was ensnared in a cocoon. Over time, he was eaten as well and underwent a horrifying transformation, becoming part of the centipede monster.
Fallen Master[]
The centipede monster fought Kai in the Cave of Change, managing to defeat him and trap him in a cocoon. Being overconfident, the centipede monster wandered off and did not realize that Kai had escaped. When Kai returned, the centipede monster rushed to attack him, but was intercepted by Rusty. The centipede monster tried to attack it with its appendages, but Rusty used Fire to burn it completely, fire that destroyed its head and eventually spread to the rest of its body. With its death, its soul was sent to the Spectral Lands.
