Water-Tides are a race of Tide-Folk native to the Azure Reef.

At some point, one particular Water-Tide, Kizzy, was granted the power of Balance.
Dragons Rising, Season 2[]
Kizzy was invited to and participated in the Tournament of the Sources. As she rode the elevator up to the City of Temples, the Water-Tide was surprised by the sudden appearance of a grappling hook that latched against the side of the elevator.[1]
During the games, Kizzy was matched against Sora in a parkour challenge, where the titular Master of Balance had a greater advantage. However, Sora used her Technology power to win and eliminate Kizzy, who then gave up her powers to Sora via the Elemental Cup.[2]
Despite her elimination, Kizzy continued to spectate the following matches in the games and fought alongside several other Elemental Masters against the Wolf Clan after their corruption by Rox, ultimately prevailing after their elemental powers were returned to them.[3]
