The Lion Royal Families[1] is a powerful family that has ruled the Lion Tribe for thousands of years.
History

When Mount Cavora rose to the sky, the lions were the first to drink the Chi water and were the first animals to evolve into two legged creatures. Soon after that, the lions became the guardians of the Chi with a royal family ruling over the tribe. For over thousands of years, the Royal Family ruled with fair and just. They have taken up the duty of evenly distributing all the CHI to the Tribes of Chima, to keep peace and order, whilst avoiding disasters that may result from not sharing Chi.

Like all lions, the royal family undergoes the Age of Becoming, a ceremony in which a young lion plugs in their first Chi, when they have officially reached the age in which they are physically ready.
It is also implied that firstborn of the King and Queen will rule over the tribe.
Individuals
Individuals[]
- Lagravis - He is the King of the Lion Tribe, the father of Laval and older brother of Lavertus. He cares deeply for his family and Chima.
- Laval - He is the Prince of the Lion Tribe, the son of Lagravis and nephew of Lavertus. He is next in line for the throne.
- Lavertus - He is a formerly exiled member of the Lion Tribe, the younger brother of Lagravis and uncle of Laval.

The Family had many friends, with the Crocodile Royal Families seeming to be the closest friends.
