Plot
Plot[]
In the magical and mystical land of Chima, Eris is flying around when she is captured by Cragger of the Crocodile Tribe, who is preparing to attack the Lion Temple as revenge for his parents. Meanwhile, Laval, a young lion of the Lion Tribe attends his Age of Becoming ceremony in which an orb of a mystical item called Chi will be passed to him, as he pledges to only use the Chi when necessary, the Crocodiles attack and Cragger takes Laval's Chi and tries to run away with it when he is pursued by Laval, after clashing at the Forever Rock, Cragger's crown comes off revealing himself to Laval.
As it turns out, some time before Cragger's attack, he and Laval were best friends and often hung out and played together alongside their friends; Eris, Gorzan, Rogon, Skinnet and Worriz. After a little sparring session and meeting with Bladvic of the Bear Tribe, Cragger suggests to Laval that the two of them sneak into the Lion Temple and take an orb of Chi, after some careful consideration, Laval agrees but are stopped by Lagravis - his father and his guards, Cragger, not wanting to be captured uses an orb of Chi and flees into the jungle and is eventually stopped at the Forever Rock and is taken back to his parents, King Crominus and Queen Crunket. After a heated argument with Lagravis, Crominus and Crunket take Cragger home and tells him to stay away from Laval thinking he was a bad influence.
This doesn't stop Cragger from teaming up with Worriz to once again break into the Lion Temple for an orb of Chi, but before he can grab one he is stopped once more by Lagravis and his guards and is confronted by Laval who he tried to pin the blame onto for this second attempt, Cragger then attacks the guards and tries to flee on his Speedor but not before shooting off a Croc Flare while being chased by Laval. After sometime they end up in a place called The Fangs where the Gorge of Eternal Depth is awaiting them. Laval catches up to Cragger and have a discussion about the rules regarding Chi, Cragger apologizes to Laval, not for trying to steal the Chi or trying to pin blame onto him but rather sending off a Croc Flare alerting the Lions and Crocodiles of where they were, after Crug accidentally fires his blaster, a battle between the Lions and the Crocodile Tribes commences, during the battle, Crominus and Crunket in their tank drive into a fang rock while trying to attack Lagravis and find themselves dangling off the side of the gorge, after trying desperately to save his parents from falling into the gorge, Cragger, who saw no other way to save them after he is denied Chi by Laval, cuts the rope they were holding on by and his parents fall down into the gorge below, but not before trying to warn their son not to listen to his sister.
Back at the Crocodile Swamp, Cragger is sitting on the throne of his supposedly deceased father, when Crooler his sister, who is holding their father's crown, comes in to comfort her brother over their parents' deaths and urges him that it was the Lions' fault for his parents deaths. With their parents gone, Crooler appoints Cragger as the new King of the Crocodile Tribe.
