Kex'k Metalwing

Kex'k Metalwing was a dragon warrior during the War of Oni and Dragon[4] from the Dragons of the Northern Spiral.[1] He was known to be a fearsome Oni-Slayer, the builder of Forgotten Tombs as well as the Sobrient Stone's keeper before Thunderfang took it.[5][6]

Part of the Dragons of the Northern Spiral, Kex'k fought in the War of Oni and Dragon, where he was a great warrior in the Dragon army. He was also the keeper of the Sobrient Stone and the builder of Forgotten Tombs that housed the Sobrient Adherents and the corpse of Therox. At some point before the Battle of the City of Temples, Metalwing passed away, allowing for Thunderfang to take the stone for himself.[4][7]

  • Kex‘k Metalwing was one of the most powerful dragons in the dragon army during the war and was the closest dragon in power level to the Omega.[6]
  • Kex'k and Omega were rivals, but not in terms of power level, but with the rise of Therox.[10]
  • Kex'k was not a Arc Dragon but he was a leader in certain senses.[1]
  • He, Ekesian Coldfang the Wise and Urd Leatherwing are the only full-blooded dragons to have surnames.
  • He did not take on a partner[11] but he still has a descendant in the Northern Spiral.[1]

  • When asked if Kex'k was a hero, Chris "Doc" Wyatt stated, "Hero to me, villain to some".[11]

  • When asked how Thunderfang got the stone from Kex'k Metalwing, Chris "Doc" Wyatt replied, "Hold onto this."[15]
  • When asked if Kex'k or Thunderfang used the Sobrient Stone to empower dragons during the War of Oni and Dragon, Chris "Doc" Wyatt replied, "ABSOLUTELY NOT."[16]
