Urd Leatherwing

History[]

Urd Leatherwing originated from a Dragon Tribe in the Northern Spiral^[1] and fought in the War of Oni and Dragon as a member of the Dragon army.^[5]

At some point, he was under the mentorship of the First Spinjitzu Master, who taught him the martial art of Spinjitzu, which he would later teach to Ekesian Coldfang the Wise, who would later teach the martial art to Egalt and Rontu. He also would write the book The Sagas of the Eternal Sources, a history book that somehow would end up in the Fengxian family.

At some point in time, he passed away because of unknown reasons.^[2]

Rontu informed Sora and Riyu that she had acquired the art of Spinjitzu under the guidance of her mentor, Ekesian Coldfang the Wise, who was taught Spinjitzu by Urd Leatherwing, who in turn had received training directly from the First Spinjitzu Master himself.

I Alone Can Save Them[]

Roby passed along the The Sagas of the Eternal Sources to Kai, Wyldfyre, and Nya, noting that it had been authored by Urd Leatherwing.

• Spinjitzu - Urd Leatherwing was able to perform Spinjitzu after being taught by the First Spinjitzu Master and was even able to teach others.
• History Mastery - Urd Leatherwing seems to have an extensive knowledge of history as he wrote The Sagas of the Eternal Sources, a history book of various topics across the realms including the tale of the Battle of the City of Temples.

Trivia[]

• He, Ekesian Coldfang the Wise and Kex'k Metalwing are the only full-blooded dragons to have a last name.
• He, Firstbourne, Eridany and Thunderfang are the only Arc Dragons to have their actual names revealed, although it is unknown if Leatherwing had his own arc title, due to him being referred as a king.
• He was not related to the Patriarch of the Northern Spiral and the latter's child.^[2]
