Journey to Mastery

The Dojo[]

The Dojo is an online game with different areas available on LEGO.com. The four main areas are Ninja Training, Ninja Cinema, Ninja Games, and Level Up, which contain various games and tasks.

Ninja Training (formerly known as Temple)[]

Temple is the main area, located in the middle. It contains unique tasks that need to be completed and are related to the assigned virtues of each ninja. Originally, after completing each task, the next part is unlocked and the player receives a reward in the form of a ninja poster in a unique suit. Then a code was needed to unlock the next virtue but poster downloads were removed. Currently, all virtues are unlocked.

Each virtue opens up with a small comic of the ninja having to decide whether to use their virtues to help with their problems. After the comic, the player gets to play a minigame to practice the virtues.

Balance: Balance the Tower[]

The player attempts to stack as many blocks as possible and will have three chances to beat their high score.

Courage: Help Kai Escape[]

The player must click on the blocks to help Kai escape and is encouraged to ask for help when needed.

Honesty: Cross the Lava[]

The player must answer questions truthfully to help Jay cross the lava. If the player answers a question wrong, they have to start all over again.

Generosity: Help Zane Help Others[]

The player has one minute to help Zane collect 20 water elements. If they click on a fire element, the amount of water elements collected lowers by five. Asking for help slows down the elements.

Wisdom: Untie the Knots[]

The player must unscramble five pictures of knots. After unscrambling each picture, the player receives words of encouragement from Wu.

Curiosity: Be Curious[]

The player must drag drops of solution to the correct test tube associated by the color.

Ninja Cinema (formerly known as Museum)[]

The museum is located on the left. It contains statues of each ninja and Wu with unique, short videos depicting the virtue of each ninja. There are also pictures with posters of all seasons and trailers that can be clicked.

Ninja Games (formerly known as Arena)[]

The arena is located on the right side. After clicking on any gong or Wu using Spinjitzu, Abyss will start, where the ninja control their mini submarines in the Endless Sea and collects Wave Amulets. After collecting 50 Wave Amulets, an ending scene is produced and the game starts over again.

Ninja Level Up[]

Ninja Level Up is introduced to the player with a small trailer. After the video, the player has the option to choose two sections, Level Up Riddles or Level Up Your Adventure.

Level Up Riddles[]

Level Up Riddles is a riddle game where you can answer questions based on each virtue. Before each riddle, a ninja shows a clip from one of the Ninjago: Core shorts, corresponding to each virtue. At the end, each clip can be watched.

Level Up Your Adventure[]

Level Up Your Adventure contains two videos that showcase the Ninjago: Legacy sets in action.

Ninja's Virtues[]

In this promotional concept, each ninja was given a own assigned virtue, which defines them. Nya has Curiosity, Cole has Balance, Lloyd has Wisdom, Jay has Honesty, Zane has Generosity, and Kai has Courage.

Trivia[]

• In this promotional concept, Jay, Cole, Lloyd and Zane received new Dojo suits reminiscent of their Armor suits, but with a different design and colors.
  • For some reason, Nya and Kai did not receive new suits before The Dojo was revamped on January 3, 2022. Instead, Kai used his Legacy sleeveless suit and Nya used her non-canon Forbidden Spinjitzu suit in the pictures.
  • Wu also got a new Temple suit reminiscent of his Temple suit from Possession and Skybound.
• This promotional concept is similar to the Wu-Cru, as both are hosted on LEGO.com, both have the user to complete various tasks, and both are focused on Wu and mastery.
• The virtues for Kai, Jay, Zane, Lloyd, and Nya can be unlocked anytime with the respective codes: 457, 358, 984, 568, 108.
• When Level Up was released, the UI changed drastically, such as the titles of the different areas changing, the background changed, and the menu where you can select where you want to go changed.
• Ninjago.com redirects to The Dojo.
