Agent Etha is a Merlopian agent of the Administration.

In the inner workings of the Administration, Etha was working when Jay asked her to tell Lloyd, Nya, Wyldfyre, and him about Merlopian dance rituals and celebrations. After exclaiming that she had been waiting for someone to ask her that, she explained the dance rituals in great detail, putting Jay to sleep. Jay asked if the Merlopian winter dance involved a blindfold, and Etha was amazed at Jay's knowledge. She pulled out a blindfold and demonstrated the dance while Jay secretly stole her key card. He scanned it, and the four ran out of the cell while Etha continued to dance obliviously.

- Etha is the second known Merlopian female, the first is Nyad, and she is the only one of the eel breed, although some Maaray Guards are likely female.
- Considering Nyad is no longer a Merlopian, Etha is currently the only known Merlopian female.
- Etha has no distinctive sign to differentiate her from the others eel Merlopians Agents.
