Stormbringer

History[]

Prior to the series[]

Stormbringer was born in the Realm of Oni and Dragons at an unknown point in time and at some point had a child.

Green and Gold (flashback)[]

When the Ultra Dragon arrived in the Realm of Oni and Dragons, it flew towards Firstbourne's nest with the Firstbourne, Stormbringer, Slab, a Fire Dragon, and a Wind Dragon.

Hunted[]

Firstbourne[]

While looking for food, Cole and Wu were attacked by Stormbringer and her baby until they took cover in a cave.

The Weakest Link[]

When Stormbringer flew by, the ninja try to restrain her enough to let Wu ride her. Wu succeeded, but fell off when Stormbringer broke free.

Lessons for a Master[]

After Wu tames the Firstbourne, the Arc Dragon summons Stormbringer as well as a Fire Dragon, an Ice Dragon and Slab in order for Jay and the other ninja to get back to Ninjago.

Green Destiny[]

Stormbringer follows her fellow dragons through a portal that forms in the air. She helps Jay save what was left of the Resistance from the Sons of Garmadon. Jay later flies on the dragon to evacuate the citizens and destroy the Colossus.

In the end, Stormbringer and the other dragons return to their realm.

Abilities[]

• Lightning Dragon Physiology - As a Lightning Dragon, Stormbringer has the following abilities.
  • Lightning - As a Lightning Dragon, Stormbringer has control over the Lightning elemental power.
    • Electrokinetic Breath - She can shoot electricity from her mouth.
    • Electrokinetic Speed - As a Lightning Dragon, Stormbringer can fly at high speeds using electricity.
  • Flight - Like most dragons Stormbringer is capable of flight via her wings.
  • Dimensio-Pyligenesis - She possesses the ability to create dimensional portals between realms.
    • Dimensional Travel - Using said portals, Stormbringer can travel between realms.
  • Oni Blood Detection - Like the other dragons, Stormbringer can smell the blood of Oni hybrids, like when she sensed Wu's Oni blood.^[1]

Trivia[]

• Stormbringer is similar in appearance to the Wind Dragons, and like it, can fly very quickly.
• In set form, Stormbringer is larger than Slab, unlike the TV show, in which Stormbringer is the same size, or may be even smaller than Slab.
• Her name wasn't mentioned in the show. She is simply referred to as a "Lightning Dragon."
• She flies in an undulating motion since her wings are very small.
• Her name might be a reference to Stormbreaker, Thor's axe.
• t is unknown how Stormbringer managed to fire Lightning from her mouth in Firstbourne when her collar still possessed Vengestone on it. However, it is possible dragons require more Vengestone to suppress their elements than Elemental Masters.
• Like Slab with the Earth Dragons, Stormbringer's model is reused for the other Lightning Dragons found in the Realm of Oni and Dragons.
