At some point, the Administrator created the Administration in the Land of Madness. They tasked the Administration Agents with various responsibilities, including maintaining order in the realms[1] and resolving any issues that arose in the Merge. One notable example of their duties was returning those who had become lost in the Merge to their respective home realms.[2] The Administrator was believed to be unaware that several of their agents were on the payroll of a Pit-Master who bribed them to ignore his illegal gladiator fights. When the ringmaster threatened to expose this corruption to the Administrator after Blake Donovan double-crossed him, the Agent brushed these warnings aside and told his men to take the Pit-Master to the Department of Vacation Simulation and brainwash him.[3]
