At some point, the Administrator created the Administration in the Land of Madness. They tasked the Administration Agents with various responsibilities, including maintaining order in the realms[1] and resolving any issues that arose in the Merge. One notable example of their duties was returning those who had become lost in the Merge to their respective home realms.[2] At some point, his agents have erased the memories of Jay Walker and made him work in the Administration.[3][4]
