• This is the second graphic novel book to use the comics from the Ninjago Magazine. The exact magazines are issue 5, 6, issue 7 and 8.
• The Giant Stone Warrior is incorrectly drawn with Kozu's helmet and face printing, and is also incorrectly identified as being Kozu. Alternatively, the character is intended to be Kozu and is incorrectly drawn with the Giant Stone Warrior's height.
