Zarkt's flail

History[]

Zarkt acquired this flail before the Forbidden Five began their quest for the Prismatic Blades. The flail would serve as Zarkt's weapon of choice until his death.

Most notably, Zarkt wielded the flail during his search of the Blue Prismatic Blade in the First Land, using it in combat against Lloyd, who used the Prismatic Blade against Zarkt. When Zanth arrived with Zane and P.I.X.A.L., Zarkt attempted to fight them off with his flail but lost against P.I.X.A.L.

In the moments leading up to Thunderfang's release, Zarkt wielded the flail to combat the Ninja as the Five secured the remaining two blades. When Rox grabbed the two blades from Arin, Zarkt used the Blue Prismatic Blade to cut Thunderfang's chain on his right hind leg, keeping the flail on his back.

Ultimately, the flail was lost when the Forbidden Five were betrayed by Thunderfang and Zarkt's soul was consumed by the Chaos Dragon, remaining on the ground alongside its lifeless master's back.

Trivia[]

• In Bonzle's story in "The Spell at the Waterfall," Zarkt had a weapon that is quite similar, but instead of a flail, it is a kunai connected to a chain.
