Bonnie is an undercover Loyalist deployed into the Administration as an Administration Agent to look for the Tree of Madness, alongside others.

Bonnie lived in the Kingdom of Imperium during the reign of Empress Beatrix and was one of the many Imperians who remained loyal to her after the Liberation of Imperium, despite her murder of her father, cruel treatment of dragons, outsiders, and her own people, and near destruction of the Merged Lands. Even after Beatrix's defeat and Imperium's liberation, Bonnie believed that it had led to the downfall of her kingdom. Determined to help Beatrix reclaim Imperium and restore it to its glory, Bonnie joined a cult called the Loyalists. Several Loyalists were tasked with going undercover among organizations in the Merged Realms, Bonnie among them. She was assigned to the Administration and took on the role of an Administration Agent. During her time as an agent, she became known for loving to stamp C-01 permits.^[1]

Just Under the Surface[]

Upon receiving reports of an Elemental Monster in the Land of Madness, the Administration Agents were dispatched to locate it. Bonnie, along with two undercover Loyalists, joined the mission. When they arrived, the Agents confronted the Lead Loyalist, suspecting her of filing a false report, and threatened her at gunpoint. Bonnie and the other Loyalists revealed their true identities and turned against the Administration Agents. A Merlopian agent was heartbroken to discover Bonnie was a spy, reminiscing about her enthusiasm for stamping C-01 permits, to which Bonnie confessed she had been pretending. The Loyalists fought, overpowering the Administration Agents until they retreated. Seizing the opportunity, the Loyalists used the agents vehicles to break into a cave, where they found the Tree of Madness and recovered a fragment of the Weapon of Desolation. They soon realized that Kai, Nya, and Jay had also been spying on them, leading to a confrontation. The Loyalists battled the ninja and managed to trap them using an Imperium electro wall as they made their escape with the fragment.
