Wally is an undercover Loyalist who worked as Cyrus Borg's assistant.

Background[]

Wally resided in the Kingdom of Imperium during Empress Beatrix's rule and remained loyal to her even after the Liberation of Imperium despite her murder of her father, cruelty towards others, and near destruction of the Merged Lands. At some point, he joined a society known as the Loyalists, Imperians who were committed to helping her regain control of the kingdom. Afterward, Wally either remained within the City of Imperium to aid the Loyalists in their plans to reclaim it or went undercover to another organization to in an effort to find the Weapon of Desolation during the Quest for Desolation. He was one of the many Loyalists that evaded capture, and eventually became an assistant to Cyrus Borg at Borg Industries, either before or after the Loyalist assault. Though his employer believed him to be terrible at his role, Borg nonetheless considered Wally a good egg all the same.

Monster in the Monastery[]

The Loyalists planned to disrupt the Summit of the Merged Lands through Operation Mentax. With Dr. LaRow in custody, they required new leadership for the mission. Following her instructions, Wally took the schematics needed to reconstruct Cryptor and handed them over to the Loyalists for the rebuild.

100 Eyes to See Your Soul[]

Wally attended the new ninja into Borg Tower as they went to check on Beatrix. Later he would help other Loyalists to retrieve Beatrix's body from Borg Tower for Operation Mentax. When Cyrus Borg noticed the commotion, Wally revealed his true intentions to Borg and informally resigned.
