An early arrival to the peace talks offers help - but Percival is not sure he can trust it. Meanwhile, the young Ninja work to track down the villain's whereabouts before they can strike again. When a mechanical monstrosity attacks, the Ninja must handle the threat behind the scenes or risk jeopardising the summit before it even begins.

- This episode marks the first appearance in Dragons Rising of Cyrus Borg since "An Issue of Trust", and Vinny Folson since "Roots", as well as the first physical appearance of Gayle Gossip, whose voice only appeared in "Conspiracy!".
- This is Zeatrix's first physical appearance in an episode since "Fallen Wishes"
- Shortly before Part 1 came out, an image of Arin holding a green hoop leaked. This episode reveals that Sora was cropped out.
