Ninjago: The Quest is an online game at LEGO.com.
Plot
Plot[]
LaRow has stolen the Weapon of Desolation, forcing the ninja to pursue her across the Merged Realms. Their first stop is the Land of Madness, where Arin and Kai battle the Loyalists and destroy their structures, driving them into retreat.
The Loyalists then flee to the Whispering Woods, seeking refuge alongside the Elemental Monsters. However, the ninja—now supported by Jay and Sora—defeat them once again.
In a final attempt to escape, the Loyalists and the Elemental Monsters head to the Temple of the Green Ninja. There, with the help of Lloyd and Cole, the ninja ultimately defeat them and recover the Weapon of Desolation.
Mechanics
Mechanics[]
Controls[]
The game is controlled exclusively with the left mouse button. The player must press it, hold it down to aim, and release it to perform the action.
Gameplay[]
The adventure takes place across fifteen levels set throughout the Merged Realms, divided into three main areas: five levels in the Land of Madness, five in the Whispering Woods, and five in the Temple of the Green Ninja.
Each level features various enemies (Loyalists, Elemental Monsters and the Chief Loyalist) protected by crystal and wooden structures. The main objective is to destroy these structures using the ninja in order to defeat all opponents.
In each level, the player controls one of the ninja, who can launch fragments of their Elemental Powers (ninja stars in the case of Arin) to destroy both enemies and their structures. Available ninja are displayed as icons in the lower-left corner of the screen, allowing the player to switch between them depending on the level and as more characters are unlocked.
Each ninja has a unique special ability:
- Arin: Can throw three standard ninja stars.
- Kai: Can launch a ball of Fire that explodes upon impact.
- Jay: Can fire a Lightning bolt that damages enemies near the impact point.
- Sora: Can release a burst of Technology that, when clicked mid-air, splits into three bursts.
- Lloyd: Can launch an Energy sphere that phases through objects and can be detonated mid-air to cause an explosion.
- Cole: Can throw a mass of Earth that, when activated mid-air, drops suddenly to the ground.
If the player defeats enemies using fewer ninja stars, they will earn a higher score represented by three golden Shurikens. If all enemies are not defeated, the level is automatically lost.

Trivia
Trivia[]
- The game is very similar to the Angry Birds series of games. Interestingly, Angry Birds and Ninjago already had a collaboration in 2017, and Acronix referenced Angry Birds in the Russian dub of "The Hatching."
- Dr. LaRow and the Chief Loyalist appear separately during the gameplay, despite being the same character.
- For some reason, the textures of the Acid Monsters are the same as those of the Loyalists, but with a purple background.
