The fifth and final season of Ninjago: Dragons Rising, subtitled Dragons' Fury, is preceded by Season 4.[1][2]
It will be released in 2027. The season will be marketed and released as a "new show", Ninjago: Dragons' Fury, so Netflix will be able to push the season as a special event.[3]

- This is the only season in the Ninjago: Dragons Rising series to have a subtitle.
- The reason is that it will be marketed as a "new show" so that Netflix can push this final season as a special event, which has been said to be a year long event.
- Chris "Doc" Wyatt stated at SDCC 2026 that the fifth season is his best work and that he had spent a lot of time hyping it up.
- Kevin Burke stated at SDCC 2026 that all the storylines created and questions constantly asked ever since Season 1 will have conclusions to them in this final season.
- It was also revealed during SDCC 2026 that the season will feature new animation with more 2D effects.
- This will be the franchise's 20th season, and the 10th season animated by WildBrain.
- When asked to describe the season in 3 words, Chris "Doc" Wyatt stated “Brutal, Revelatory, and Final.”[4]
