“Master, I know what I did goes against everything we believe in. But after the Merge, I discovered I was an Elemental Master. I tried to deny it, but when I saw I could help save our kingdom, I just couldn't hide who I was any longer.”
Euphrasia is a Writer of Destiny, the current Elemental Master of Wind, and a ninja student. She was born in the Cloud Kingdom and received the Elemental Power of Wind after the Merge. She chose to hide her powers and focus on being a Writer of Destiny, however, with the help of the ninja, she decided to use them to save her kingdom when it was attacked. This act ultimately triggered a process of modernization in the Cloud Kingdom, while Euphrasia became the protector of her kingdom. As a Writer of Destiny, she specialized in studies of the Wyldness in its Late Medieval Period. Following the Loyalist assault, Euphrasia joined the ninja team.

Euphrasia is a teenage girl with long black hair in cornrows tied into a large afro bun. She has thin, arched eyebrows, defined eyelashes, and pink lipsticks. As a Cloud Monk, she wore a traditional Cloud Kingdom uniform which consisted of dark brown-gray pants, a hooded light gray robe with a dark gray layer and golden trims, a white top underneath, and a rope-like cord tied at the chest and used as a belt. For most of the time, she wore her gray hood over her head.
During the Tournament of the Sources, Euphrasia switched to white pants and tunic with azure straps and belt ornamented by a round gold medallion in the center that bore a wind-like symbol. On top of that, she wore a sleeveless light blue robe or cloak with swirling white patterns. The outfit also included a white hood, although she never wore it.
When meeting Lloyd and Arin again at the Whispering Wood, Euphrasia has changed to a new azure robe or cloak with white sleeves and hood, viridian trims that have white cloud-like patterns, and a brownish-orange belt that is wrapped around her robe and pants and bears a silver version of the emblem or medallion from her Tournament robe in the center. Underneath her robe, she has what appears to be azure plate armor with viridian accents. Her lipsticks are now darker.

Standing against the Wolf Clan
“The Writers of Destiny no longer believe our words dictate all outcomes. We also use our action to help decide our fate!”
As a Writer of Destiny, Euphrasia believed that every word she wrote mattered. Even after she discovered her Elemental Powers, she continued to follow her beliefs and refused to give up writing, fearing exile from the Cloud Kingdom.
However, Euphrasia demonstrated that she will rise up when needed, as shown in her battle against the tentacled beasts. Once she realized her powers could help save the Cloud Kingdom, she decided not to hide them any longer.
Abilities
Abilities[]
Wind: As a Master of Wind, Euphrasia possesses the ability to manipulate, control, and produce air/wind.
Combat: Although Euphrasia did not resort to violence in the first place due to being a Writer of Destiny, whose values was passivity rather than actions, she began using combat skills when she accepted her role as an Elemental Master. Even though she usually relies on her powers to fight, she managed to take down several Wolf Mask Warriors without them at the end of the Tournament of the Sources.[1]
Spinjitzu: During their travels in the Whispering Wood, Arin began to teach Euphrasia Spinjitzu.
As a Writer of Destiny she feels extremely uncomfortable with her Elemental Power at first. She hides it because she fears it will get her banished from the Cloud Kingdom.
After a conversation with Arin and Sora and a threat from a flying, one-eyed giant monster, her fears and worries are blown away. Together with the ninja, Euphrasia unleashes her power and saves her home![2]
Lloyd takes notice of her Wind powers, mentions that he knew Morro, and adds that he already liked her more, hinting that he still has not gotten over the time Morro possessed him.
Prior to the Merge, Euphrasia was an ordinary inhabitant of the Cloud Kingdom destined to be a Writer of Destiny. When the Merge occurred, it merged her Kingdom and the other realms into one world. Not long after, she discovered she had gained the Elemental Power of Wind.[1] Fearing exile, she kept her newfound power hidden.[2]
Euphrasia was with Marcus as a tentacled beast began destroying the tower beneath them. They nearly fell, but the Ninja arrived in time to save them. As Euphrasia was taken back to the Cloud Kingdom, she explained the monster’s origin and the Ice Dragons' presence in the realm.
Revealing her powers to the Cloud Monks
As the ninja battled the tentacled beast during a MergeQuake, Euphrasia discreetly used her Wind powers to save Sora and Arin from falling, all while pretending to focus on writing a scroll. To her dismay, they noticed and confronted her, but she denied it and walked away. When another MergeQuake struck and released the tentacled beasts again, Euphrasia saw Sora struggling, abandoning her duties to help fight them. Soon after, Lloyd, Kai, Nya, and Arin arrived to assist. Once the beasts were forced back into the rift, Euphrasia helped close it with her powers. Returning to praising writers, Euphrasia confessed to Suetonius that she had hidden her powers and now faced exile. However, Suetonius, who saw that the writers did not foresee the end of the MergeQuake, allowed these events to unfold and asked for her assistance in maintaining the realm. Later, Euphrasia watched as Lloyd, Kai, Arin, Sora, and Riyu left, while Nya remained to look for a solution to prevent future MergeQuakes.
Euphrasia attempted to stop Ras and the Wolf Clan from taking over the Cloud Kingdom, only to be easily defeated by Cinder, who sent her falling off the floating island. She narrowly managed to slow her descent by using her powers.
Euphrasia crash-landed on the outskirts of Imperium, where Percival Tartigrade found her and took her to the Monastery of Spinjitzu, where she warned the Ninja. The Ninja headed for the Cloud Kingdom to rescue Suetonius, who was encased in a cocoon due to Ras turning the Scroll-Worms against him. He and Euphrasia eventually fled to safety, only to be captured later on.
Euphrasia and Suetonius were restrained by handcuffs, unable to move freely. Jordana seized the opportunity to taunt Euphrasia, pointing out the medallion adorning her neck was made of Vengestone, rendering her power useless.
During the Ritual of the Blood Moon, Euphrasia was freed from her chains by Wyldfyre, allowing her to tear off the Vengestone medallion so she can use her powers again, and wanted to join the fight. However, Wyldfyre stopped her as she was to be used by Ras for the ritual.
Later, she noticed that the Cloud Kingdom would crash so she used her wind powers to prevent it from happening.
Getting an invitation for the Tournament of the Sources
While flying through the Cloud Kingdom with her Wind power as usual, Euphrasia was overjoyed to receive an invitation to the Tournament of the Sources from two Spirit Dragons.
Later, she arrived at the entrance of the City of Temples, where she inserted her invitation and opened the gate. She is seen riding up the elevator as the Ninja watched from afar.
In the Tournament, Euphrasia battled Zeatrix on floating platforms. Zeatrix used her elemental power of Shockwave and knocked the young monk off the platform, defeating her. Euphrasia's Wind power was then transferred to Zeatrix by Roby using the Elemental Cup.
Euphrasia watched the final round of the Tournament of Sources from the spectator stands. Soon after, she was taken by surprise when Wyldfyre arrived with Zur to expose Bleckt, just after Nokt's victory over Sora.
Euphrasia fighting the corrupted Wolf Mask warriors
Euphrasia fought alongside several Elemental Masters, shielding Tox after she was knocked down by an empowered Wolf Mask Warrior. Euphrasia found herself in hand-to-hand combat against Cinder and the rest of the Wolf Mask Warriors. Upon the return of their powers, she knocked Cinder down with a powerful gust of wind before he could use his smoke abilities. Later, she watched as Roby praised the Ninja for their efforts and declared Sora the default winner of the tournament. Afterward, she was thanked by both Sora and Tox.
While Lloyd was performing the Ritual of Unrooting, Arin was teaching Euphrasia how to perform Spinjitzu. Just then, the Acona appeared suddenly and urged the trio to help them. Euphrasia wondered if it was okay to leave Lloyd behind, but Zane said Lloyd would want them to help. The Acona lead the group to the Arc Dragon of Life, who was being attacked by Elemental Monsters and starting to decay, along with the Whispering Wood. She used her Wind powers on an Earth Monster, but when confronted by an Ice Monster her powers became unstable for a brief moment. After subduing the Ice Monster with help of the Acona, she was attacked by a Mutation Monster. When Arin used Object Spinjitzu on the Ice Monster, she noticed that it was somewhat effective. It gave Arin an idea on how to make it more effective, so Euphrasia hurled rocks into Arin's Spinjitzu tornado, which allowed Arin to destroy the attacking Elemental Monsters.
Arin shares a deeply supportive and rapidly evolving relationship with Euphrasia.
They first met when he, Sora, Riyu, Kai, Lloyd and Nya went to the Cloud Kingdom, dealing with the Mergequakes there. After realising she helped the ninja, Arin and Sora talked to her, where she revealed she was trying to keep her Elemental Power of Wind a secret. However, the words of the young ninja got through to her, encouraging her to embrace her role as an Elemental Master and helping to seal off another Mergequake.
They met up again after Ras, Cinder, Jordana and the Wolf Clan invaded the Cloud Kingdom and asked the ninja for their help, only for her to be taken prisoner after they tried to liberate it. She was eventually freed, and the ninja would encourage her during the Tournament of the Sources.
When Life, Strength and Focus left the Council of Sources, all Elemental Powers stopped working reliably, making Euphrasia enter the Cloud Kingdom's Portal gate to ask the ninja if they knew anything about it, only for Ras and his master to compromise all the Portal gates, trapping her with Arin and Lloyd in the Whispering Wood.
Euphrasia and Arin
Due to Arin not possessing an Elemental Power, she looked up to him, calling him a "Spinjitzu genius" and, seeing how she felt vulnerable without her ability to reliably control Wind, Arin offered to teach her Spinjitzu. They, along with Zane who arrived later down the line, would fend off the Elemental Monsters and protect the Arc Dragon of Life and the Acona until Lloyd completed the Ritual of Unrooting, gaining his Draconus Form and joining the fight before the four of them helped in the Loyalist assault, liberating Imperium once more and where Euphrasia officially joined the ninja.
In The Mech Master 10,000, Euphrasia was worried about Arin as fell with Wyldfyre and Frak from one of the henchmen's hover cars urging her to use her wind powers to save him, but with her malfunctioning powers causes her to fall off Riyu's back, where Arin used his grappling hook to save her leading to an awkward moment with poor banter. In the Hangar bay, Euphrasia supports Arin quoting "I just thought Arin's plan was better". In their search for Arin and Sora, Wyldfyre accused Frak and Euphrasia both having crushes on Arin and Sora, quoting "when she looks at Arin hearts float out of her eyes"
Euphrasia met Lloyd when the Tentacled beasts attacked the Cloud Kingdom through Mergequakes. When she reveals her Elemental Power and uses it to shut down a Mergequake along with the other ninja, he says he likes her better than the last Elemental Master of Wind.
During the preparation of the Summit of the Merged Lands, Euphrasia, Sora and the rest of the young Ninja are helped by Zeatrix to protect Ninjago and the Summit's delegates.
Wyldfyre reveals that she knows Euphrasia has a crush on Arin at the same time she reveals that Frak is interested with Sora.

Euphrasia met Zeatrix in the Tournament of the Sources. They found themselves face to face in a duel. During their fight, Zeatrix asked Euphrasia what she had written about their match, and Euphrasia replied that the Writers of Destiny no longer believe our words dictate all outcomes but also use action. Zeatrix won the duel and obtained Euphrasia's Elemental Power.
