Portal gates are usually in monasteries, and I don't see a monastery around here. Unless…”

The Monastery of Eternal Dawn was one of the parallel counterparts of the Monastery of Spinjitzu located in the Land of Eternal Dawn and contains the portal gate of the realm.

History

History[]

Background[]

Like the other post-Merge monasteries, the Monastery of Eternal Dawn was created by the Merge, sharing characteristics with the Monastery of Spinjitzu. Nevertheless, over the years, the monastery was mysteriously destroyed or displaced, resulting in only the portal gate remaining.

Dragons Rising, Season 3[]

Chaos Reigns[]

After using the portal of the Monastery of Djinjago to try to reach Ninjago, Sora, Frak, Wyldfyre, and Riyu ended up in the monastery, somewhat confused at having arrived in a new realm. Immediately after arriving, the portal door suddenly closed and could not be reopened, leaving them stranded there.

Dragons Rising, Season 4[]

The Whispering Wood[]

As Sora examined the portal gate, she noted that such gates are typically found in monasteries, yet there was no monastery in sight. Just as she began theorizing about what could have happened to it, Wyldfyre interrupted her by trying to tap into her powers.

Birthright[]

While the ninja were interrogating Dr. LaRow about the Weapon of Desolation following the Loyalist assault, the monastery's portal gate was activated for unknown reasons.
