The Phoenix Temple was an ancient temple in Mount Cavora, where the Phoenix used to teach the ancient tribes of Chima before the Great Illumination.

The Phoenix Temple was constructed by the Phoenix on top of Mount Cavora. It housed the tribes from ancient times until the Hunters rebelled; they then sparked the Great Illumination; however it was imperfect, which forced Mount Cavora up.

- Though 70146 Flying Phoenix Fire Temple is marketed as the Phoenix Temple, the temple itself doesn't actually appear in set form, as the set actually resembles that of the Phoenix Outpost.
- In "The Crescent," Nya's phoenix symbol from Ninjago: Masters of Spinjitzu can be seen on the temple's walls.
- According to Tommy Andreasen, this might be an easter egg.[1]
