Into the Outlands[]
Rogon arrived late for the journey to the Outlands, driving a Rock Flinger that Rinona had secretly hidden in. Although Laval questioned the need for such a large vehicle, Eris argued it would be beneficial for their supplies, convincing Laval to go along with it.
As they set off, the heroes were overwhelmed by Predator Plants. Secretly at the wheel, Rinona maneuvered the Rock Flinger through the dense foliage, rescuing Laval and Gorzan, who were puzzled about who was actually driving since Rogon was absent from the driver's seat. Laval's annoyance grew when he realized the truck was only loaded with rocks. When the Predator Plants attacked, Rogon opened the vehicle to dump rocks on them, while Rinona used the truck's wheels to launch the rocks at the plants, leaving Laval confused again about Rogon's whereabouts.
Later, during an assault by the Bat Tribe, the Rock Flinger's catapult launched a large rock at a Bat Flyer carrying Worriz, freeing him. As the group decided to retreat, the Rock Flinger drove into a cave, blocking the entrance behind them.

Stealthy, this vehicle is not. Rogon’s Rock Flinger is a big, lumbering behemoth of an all-terrain battle tank that rolls across the landscape like an unstoppable avalanche of destruction, and then shifts to pursuit mode for a CHI-powered burst of stampeding speed. Whatever doesn’t get out of its way, it smashes…and anything too tough for its horns gets crushed to dust by the rocks hurled from its tail-mounted boulder catapult.[1]
70131 Rogon's Rock Flinger[]
Rogon and Rinona are out on patrol searching for the 6-legged Sparacon who stole their CHI. Push the tail of the Rock Flinger down for pursuit mode and speed across the Chima landscape. When they spot Sparacon, activate the catapult and fling the rock into the spider's path. Duel with Sparacon and his Spider Carapace blaster on the ground, using the 5-barreled Boulder Boomer and Hammer Horn and recover the Rhino tribe's priceless CHI! Includes 3 minifigures with weapons: Rogon, Rinona and Sparacon.[2]
Chunky Chariot[]
Somewhat like its owner, the Rock Flinger is heavy and clumsy in a fight, but it is plated with thick armor and a catapult that Rogon fondly calls his "Boulder Boomer." However, when it comes to traveling fast and light, this is definitely not the machine to choose-as Rogon refuses to go anywhere without a heavy supply of spare boulders![3]
