The red Prismatic Blade is one of the five Prismatic Blades.
History
History[]
Background[]
The red Prismatic Blade was one of five forged to break the chains binding Thunderfang, with the red blade designed to liberate Thunderfang's right arm. After millennia, the Freebooters came into possession of the Blade during one of their raids.
The Great Zane Robbery[]
Nokt was assigned to retrieve the red Prismatic Blade, leading him and the Dragonian Warriors to a train belonging to the Freebooters. A battle erupted between the Dragonian Warriors and the Claw Hunters just as Nokt was about to seize the blade. Zane got to it first and turned it against Nokt. In the fight, a Dragonian Warrior managed to knock the blade from Zane's grasp, but P.I.X.A.L. quickly snatched it up before Nokt could intervene. However, Nokt unleashed a Shatterspin attack, causing P.I.X.A.L. to drop the blade. Seizing the opportunity, Nokt reclaimed the red Prismatic Blade and made his escape.
I Alone Can Save Them[]
Nokt activated the blade to cut through one of Thunderfang's chains.
Spectral invasions[]
After the confrontation with Thunderfang, the remaining Prismatic Blades, including the red one, were lost and ultimately forgotten, finding their way to the Land of Lost Things. There, they were uncovered by Fritz and Spitz. As the Dragonian Warriors from the Spectral Lands began to steal souls to aid Thunderfang in his transformation into a Source Dragon, Percival had the Advanced Systems Lab enhance two of the four blades for Kai and Frak. This enhancement allowed them to effectively wield the Prismatic Blades against the spectral Dragonian Warriors, ensuring their destruction. However, it remains uncertain whether the red Prismatic Blade was among those upgraded.
