History[]

Background[]

Once part of the Hypnobrai, Spitz eventually left home and found himself lost and forgotten by his people. He stumbled upon the Land of Lost Things where he met a group of fellow runaways known as the Finders and joined them making them his new family.

The Vault of Focus (flashback)[]

At some point after Cole arrived in the Land of Lost Things, Spitz went to check a geyser that gone off with the other Finders, saying to Cole that he has a lot to learn as he came back with a cart wheel. Then Spitz found a Yeti mask and showed it to Fritz, only for latter to be scared away by it and fly to Cole and Geo by turning into a blackbird. Realizing that he scared his friend, Spitz rushed to Fritz, saying that he is sorry. After comforted Fritz, Cole said they will all be safe with him, making the Finders smile, including Spitz.

Dragons Rising, Season 1[]

They Call It Doom[]

As Nya and Sora landed in the Land of Lost Things, they noticed Spitz and Fritz watching them and decided to follow them. Spitz and Fritz ran to Cole to protect them.

Land of Lost Things[]

After realizing Nya was a friend of Cole's, Fritz and Spitz introduced themselves. They hid in a giant noodle container from the Hoarder and returned to the Rookery.

When Dr. LaRow attacked, the Yellow Dragon Core was stolen, causing the Hoarder to appear. However, Sora realized that the creature was actually Sweeper, a magnetic organism designed to clean Imperium sewers. Once Sora exposed Sweeper, Fritz threw a jar at Spitz, who caught it and easily captured the creature.

Dragons Rising, Season 2[]

Force From the East[]

Spitz and the other Finders were rummaging through a fresh arrival of lost things when the Cloud Kingdom appeared on the horizon. Surprised and confused, he asked Geo if a cloud could be lost, but Geo suggested instead that this was no cloud, but rather the Cloud Kingdom. They were almost immediately attacked by the Wolf Clan shortly thereafter. Geo ordered for Spitz and Fritz to run, but when both refused, he provided them each with makeshift weapons to fend off the Wolf Mask Warriors with.

As the Finders fought back, Spitz briefly questioned in exasperation as to how many Wolf Mask Warriors there were, spotting another group descending from the Cloud Kingdom. As the Wolf Mask Warriors captured Bonzle and began dragging her away, Spitz defiantly shouted to the warriors that they would never get him or Fritz. To their surprise, the warriors ceased attacking and left, leading for them both to realize they didn't want either of them but only Bonzle. Fortunately, Cole returned just in time to provide backup and rescue Bonzle, but they still had nowhere else to go.

With the Wolf Clan closing in on them, Cole recognized the remains of the Monastery of Imperium's portal gate and urged for everyone to help assemble it. Once it was completed and activated, Spitz and the others ran through the portal and emerged in the Monastery of Spinjitzu.

The Spell at the Waterfall[]

Spitz, Cole, and the Finders emerged into the Monastery of Spinjitzu with two Wolf Mask Warriors in pursuit. Spitz and the Finders then dove for cover while Cole and Zane fought back their pursuers. The group then settled into the monastery's relaxation room, where Spitz and Fritz were served some food and then played video games.

To Mysterium[]

Spitz and Fritz grew bored of the game they were playing and ventured into the Monastery's Hangar bay where they decided to try their hand at piloting Sora's SA Mark 01. Unfortunately they almost immediately lost control and had to be bailed out by Cole. Spitz then groaned that boredom likely would've been the less painful alternative.

Fugitives From Madness[]

Spitz was with Geo, Fritz, and Mr. Frohicky when the Blood Moon arose.

After the Ritual of the Blood Moon[]

Spitz and Fritz were babysat by Gandalaria while Geo was partaking in the Tournament of the Sources.^[1]

Dragons Rising, Season 3[]

The Shatter Dragon[]

Spitz sheltered himself in the Rookery with the other Finders until the Winds of Chaos calmed down.

Casket of Bones[]

While Kai and Cole were training Frak in the Land of Lost Things, Fritz and Spitz showed the Prismatic Blades to Kai, playing with them as Kai questioned how they ended up here.

Under the Light of a Mechanical Moon[]

Realizing that they are attacked by invisible beings, Spitz exited the Rookery with Bonzle and Fritz, trying to defend himself with a Prismatic Blade. As Cole rushed to help them, he and the other two got hollowed, which devastated Cole. After finding out that Nokt was the one who stole their souls, Cole wanted Geo to take the hollowed Finders to the Monastery of Spinjitzu. In the dragon stables of the monastery, Fritz walked mindlessly with Bonzle and Fritz, even accidentally bumping into Fritz as Frohicky and Geo watched them.

For Whom the Bell Tolls[]

After arriving at the Monastery of Spinjitzu, Wyldfyre and Sora saw the hollowed Finders, making them think the monastery was attacked, only for Frohicky to correct them. Then Geo stopped Spitz from mindlessly walking.

Later, Frohicky tried to feed Spitz spore-broth, only for him to spit out since he is hollowed. After Ras arrived in the monastery, Geo and Frohicky took the Finders to the elevator and escaped with them.

Chaos Reigns[]

Following Thunderfang's defeat, Spitz and the Finders got their souls back and hugged together.

Dragons Rising, Season 4[]

The Whispering Wood[]

Spitz exited the Monastery of Spinjitzu with the rest of the Finders and saw Rontu, Frohicky and Geo injured.

Just Under the Surface[]

Spitz was playing with Fritz as Frohicky and Geo brough Rontu fetid salamander broth.
