The Mammoth Mechs[1] are mechs used by the Mammoth Tribe.

After the Hunters were awakened, Sir Fangar finds a switch that reactivates the Hunters' vehicles, including the Mammoth Mechs, which are later used to climb out of the Gorge of Eternal Depth.

The Artifact[]
Li'Ella was taken hostage and imprisoned in one of the Mammoth Mechs as she was transported to Spiral Mountain for her unwilling wedding to Sir Fangar.
Later, Tormak brought the Artifact to the Hunters in exchange for Li'Ella's freedom. Sir Fangar directed him toward one of the Mammoth Mechs, which contained a hooded figure inside its cage compartment, giving Tormak the impression that Li'Ella was being held prisoner there. Sir Fangar instructed Tormak to bring the Artifact to said mech, where the Hunters had supposedly prepared a special compartment capable of containing the Artifact's heat. However, as Tormak carried the Artifact out of Phoenix territory and onto the ice, it reacted violently, causing a massive explosion. After his transformation into the Panther, Tormak tracked down the Mammoth Mech containing the supposed prisoner, only to discover that the hooded figure was a Saber-tooth Tiger.

Maula's Ice Mammoth Stomper[]
The matriarch of the Mammoth Tribe has no use for stealth or swiftness. Why waste time trying to sneak past your enemies when you can just flatten them beneath your massive feet? As the largest, strongest and most heavily-armored vehicle in the Ice Tribe’s armada, Maula’s Ice Mammoth Stomper may be slow, but almost no force on CHIMA can bring it to a halt once it starts moving. The spray from its trunk freezes everything around it solid, and captured foes are locked away inside its icy ribcage, which is nearly impossible to escape.[2]
Mottrot's ejectable flyer[]
The other Mammoth Tribe members may be a little slow, but not Mottrot. He knows that victory over the Ice Tribes’ enemies means that they have to know all about the creatures who oppose them. That’s why he’s modified the Ice Mammoth Stomper so that part of it can detach and convert into a flying vehicle. Now he can go on important aerial recon missions. It’s just too bad that Maula won’t listen to his reports…and Mungus doesn’t understand them!'[3]

The icy bad guys from the Mammoth and Saber-tooth tribes are getting away with the CHI in Maula's Ice Mammoth Stomper. With a weapon in its trunk plus 2 ice blaster cannons and hidden flick missiles, this is one fearsome armored vehicle. Give chase with Worriz on his fire slider and Razar, avoiding the mighty Stomper's powerful legs and giant feet. Move fast to grab back the CHI before Mottrot launches the Mammoth's detachable flyer and they escape. Includes 6 minifigures with assorted weapons: Maula, Mottrot, Strainor, Vornon, Razar and Worriz.[4]

Any vehicle of Maula's would have to be mammoth in size and scope. Trudging its way across the ice plains on four hulking legs, the Ice Mammoth Stomper is nigh unstoppable, and the largest of the Hunter attack vehicles.[5]
